Brussels Strikes Again

Postby Mike Farley » Tue 23 Jun 2015, 18:22

Thanks to a potential directive from Brussels, in the UK we could lose the right to publish photographs of buildings which can be seen from public places. Another one for "Call Me Dave" to add to his list that he will shortly be presenting to the EU?

With a breathtaking slight of logic which could only come from an EU legislator, the proposal to remove the right of panorama is being put forward to protect authors from abuses by the likes of Facebook. So there youi go, taking away a freedom is being done for your benefit in order to tackle a completely different problem rather than address it directly. :?
