How did you do? It would be a good idea to start with a calibrated monitor before commencing. And perhaps passing should be a mandatory requirement for judges?

I have heard that the way we perceive colour changes as we age. In particular, our sensitivity to blue decreases.
Here are a couple of non photography related links which look at the issue and there is bound to be loads more on the interweb. (My search term was "seeing blue in old age". )

Time to switch totally to mono?
Re: Colour Perception Test
I'll stick with colour - I may be blind but my camera isn't!
I do like mono, and do sometime produce mono images (for Bamber for instance) but it does depend on the subject. I have a couple of images taken at Devil's Dyke that are perfect for mono.

Re: Colour Perception Test
8/10 for me. I got one of the yellow sequences wrong and was careless when I did the last one, failing to check the top of the character.
It is a tough test, although I am not sure how much it proves when it comes to real life application. If it is that difficult to determine the variation between two very similar hues, it is not going to make much difference when it comes to processing images. Assessing colours will always be much more of an aesthetic consideration rather than a technical one.

I scored 8 out of 10 - but discerning the letters / numbers within the coloured dots was a real struggle!
It's a good job there were no time limits on each question.
