Copenhagen, Denmark - Rosenborg Castle

I spent a few days in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Visited Rosenborg Castle that was built by Christian IV in the early 17th century.
Feeding the ducks in the castle’s moat looked rather dangerous!

Copenhagen, Denmark - Waterways & Music

The coastal waters around Copenhagen are well utilised for recreational activities.
This extends from simple picnics on the pier to various boat rides around the islands.
There are lots of colourful houses, restaurants and large yachts on the water fronts.
There is also plenty of live music on offer in bars and restaurants.

Copenhagen, Denmark - Tivoli Gardens Amusement Park

Tivoli Gardens amusement park in central Copenhagen offers roller coasters rides, games, musicals, ballet, major concerts and more.
The Pantomime Theatre features a colourful peacock mechanical front stage curtain.
I was fortunate to find a peahen with two chicks in the Tivoli Garden as a counter balance.

Copenhagen, Denmark - Music and more

Enjoyed listening to this Jazz band near the city centre that had visitors dancing on the pavement.
Frederik's Church that opened in 1894 has a lovely dome but I could not get to see the inside!
