"Spotter, Spotted" looks like a Lensbaby shot. A neat way to highlight the main subject.

I've had a lot of these this week and it's only just Thursday!

Hardest part of this was finding the beans! I went to starbucks and they wanted to charge me for a full drink for just two dozen coffee beans! So tight!

Strobist - YN560II left at 1/4 through umbrella, YN460II right at minimum power through umbrella. YN560II behind and to the right on 1/128th lighting the steam coming out of the cup. (Should have positioned the steam light to the left, the cup is partially occluding the steam lighting)

I spent HOURS mounting prints for my first ever submission to a national exhibition!

I hate mounting!

A busy day at work and a busy evening travelling but I caught these two strangers staging an impromptu musical interlude at St Pancras station.

Covering the photography of an event for friends didn't leave much time for personal shots but I quite liked this portrait of a mate.

Photographing an event for friends didn't leave much time for personal shots but I nipped out at lunch and snapped this - the green glow of the leaves backlit by the afternoon sun was cool

Returning home from travelling, Monday was busy. A massive garden cleanout followed but I did get surprised by a huge butterfly that turned out to be a pair mating.

Think they are cabbage whites?

The title is a lie. It was still raining!

The bluebells are dying out so I thought I'd get one last shot and thought they looked pretty with the little water droplets.

I like cinnammon and thought it looked interesting when viewed closeup.

That is all for today :)
