I am often accuised of taking rubbish shots. This time the detractors are right.

In a sign of our times, I found these disposable gloves disposed of outside a covenience store.

Another bit of disposable ephemera which had reached the end of its useful life that I found last week was this strange pairing. They were on a small bank of grass and it is not entirely obvious why they were discarded where they were. I will let you read the empty pill sachet for yourself, but a single glove? And why are they together? Were they thrown away by the same person or separately? Just one of the mysteries of life, not that it really matters, of course. I simply liked the unusual juxtaposition.
