Thanks, Tina.
Sorry that you could not make it this time.
I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and I echo Tina's request to see some of the shots that people took during the day. I am still working on mine, but in the meantime here are a few snaps. More to follow.
This cat was enjoying the heat of the sunshine while lying behind a window. Does anyone else think that it is strange that an animal covered in fur seeks out places where there is warmth?

The boatyard beyond Standard Quay has been on my "to visit" list for a while. Thankls to Steve, I finally found the path that leads to it. It did not disappoint, mainly with its potential for creating abstract images. With a high tide in the creek, there were some boats being lifted into (as in this shot) and out of the water.

There were a couple of Openreach vans in the boatyard, which seemed odd. I eventually found out why when speaking to the engineers. They had just completed a repair that had been a simple fix. What had taken the time was finding the location of the underground cable. The chap on the left had started looking the previous afternoon and had been forced to call in assistance to track it down. The standard signs used on the barriers to do not make much sense at this location!
