Something you might have missed when visiting the site -

There is an open day at Croydon Fire Station on 1st May 2016 (check under events).

Well done David, good spot.

Could this be a meet-up?

Regards,

Tom

I think a meet-up would be better for an arranged visit to the station where the club would have sole access to the place. An open day, although enjoyable, would prove difficult as far as photography were concerned.

Having ventured to this event yesterday I can definitely say "sole access" as David mentions would be preferable. With the sunny weather there were hundreds of young families there (ourselves included) getting into ambulances, police vans and fire engines.

Thankyou David for spotting this!

I may have spotted it but on the day I completely forgot about it. And I did have other priorities - i.e. the close of the 2016 exhibition.

All prints were collected (by the time I left at 11:00) except Tom's and Bill G's. They will be stored in a large box by John Reeve, the Clocktower Cafe's manager, waiting to be collected.
