According to my calculations, six people have said they will definitely be coming.

  • Nina
  • Mike and Lindsay
  • David
  • Simon
  • Tom
Paul and Keith have expressed an interest, but have not confirmed.

I knew this would not be easy to arrange but this is what I have done so far:

Assuming that 9 + people are going to go I have provisionally booked Courtyard Cottage nr Abbergavenni.

http://www.hopyardcourtyardcottage.co.u ... rd-cottage

It is a large converted farm building with 6 double/twin rooms and 4 bathrooms, large kitchen etc so self catering is a possibility

Date had to be changed by a day only so now it is
Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th September. We would have three days in the area which should give us ample opportunities for photography

The provisional booking will be held for 5 days only. After that a 20% deposit is required.

I think that the following will confirm they still want to go:

Mike + Lindsey
Wally + Hillary
David B
Simon
Tom
Keith
Nina

This makes 9 and I hope in the next few days we can make it up to 10 or 12.
Clearly rooms will have to be shared.

Everyone happy?
If so please let me know by Wednesday.

I will advise the cost when we have the final numbers but assuming we have 10 it would work out at £85 per person for two nights ( £71/person for full occupancy )
Regards

Nina

DEAR NINA, HILARY AND I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN YOU ON THIS OUTING ON THE 29TH-30TH SEPTEMBER.
HILARY WAS SAYING WE WOULD ONLY HAVE ONE FULL DAY THERE. THAT IS HARDLY ENOUGH.
I THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE TWO DAYS. THEORETICALLY WE ARE INTERESTED.

Hi Nina,

If it helps and you don't get any more people, I'm quite happy to pay a single person supplement (assuming that they do one) so that you can finalise your arrangements.

Presumably the larder won't be pre-stocked so there would be an additional cost here. Any idea how much?
