Exactly what I was thinking myself, but without having a torch shone in your face. :)

Next time down the mine:

  • Camera
  • Tripod
  • Torch
  • Brace stand to keep subjects still during exposure

Should be fun getting that last item down there.

Hi Rose

I have sent you an e-mail with a full size version of my shot from last night. There is some subject movement which is more apparent in the larger shot, but that's hardly surprising as it was a 15 sec exposure.

I am happy for either image, the one I have sent or the smaller one posted here on the forum, to be used in any way you see fit. Even Facebook, if necessary!

I can also let you have the Raw file, if that would help, although unless you have something like a Gmail account which allows larger file sizes, getting it to you might be problematic.

That's great Mike - many thanks :) Not sure if I will get a chance to do anything with my shots tonight as I won't get home till after 9:30. I'll post here when I do ;)

Some more images from last night.

This was one of my first shots of the evening and I used two torches to ulluminate different parts of the tunnel. The one played onto the walls was an LED type, which has a blue tone, but the other shone into the tunnel had a much warmer colour temperature.

There was some creative torch work at "Tube Station" as Jase walked back and forth at the back to create some interesting effects.

The final shot of the evening. I cleaned this image up a bit as there were some bits and pieces lying around, but left some things in - including the plastic alligator which I did not see on the night.

Some good shots, Rose. I must admist that I did not see that ladder in the last shot, but it does add to the image.
