Change of Programme - January Monthly Competitions

There will be two monthly competitions during January 2015, one DPI and one print. The first competition is due to be held on 14 January 2015, which is also the closing date for entries to the annual exhibition. Traditionally the club usually holds a print competition to coincide with the submission of exhibition entries so that members can use their exhibition prints in the monthly competition if they so wish. This avoids having to make a second print if the image has not already been used as those used for the exhibition will be retained until the end of March.

To allow this to happen this season, the January print and DPI competitions have been reversed, so that the print contest will occur on 14 January and the one for DPIs on 28 January. The judges for each date will remain the same, so John Nathan and Gerald Kitiyakara will still be visiting on the dates for which they were originally booked, but will be judging prints and DPIs respectively.
