My advice to anyone who is not technically minded and does not have a good grounding in graphic design would be to use a company such as Squarespace or Wix which take care of those elements and other aspects such as hosting. It leaves the user free to concentrate on what they should know best, the content. Incidentally, I have not used either Squarespace or Wix so cannot make any recommendations based on personal experience. My own website was created on "theimagefile" (sic) which I have always found to be very good. The support is first class, I have never had problems with availability or speed and the website adapts automatically to the viewing device. That last point is important, since the limitations of a smaller screen such as a tablet or mobile phone means that the website has to be displayed accordingly. There is a learning curve as the interface is not particularly intuitive, but it works well once the user has gained some experience.

All these companies have trial options, so experiment and go with the one you like best.

Plenty of experience, it's what I do - launch and edit websites. Mike's right. Your best best is definitely one of these build your own sites that are very simple - you don't need any coding ability, basically you just drag and drop the element you like on to one of the templates that you choose. Mike's already mentioned Wix and Squarespace.

I'd also recommend:

https://www.photoshelter.com/

They all have free trials, so download them and find which one you like best. I know from YouTube there are plenty of togs who will give you a 10% discount if you choose Squarespace try:

Sean Tucker
Thomas Heaton
Hugh Brownstone
