Ive just come across this joke and had a chuckle at it :)

Yes, I have seen that item about Ken Rockwell before. Very amusing.

The clip of the Hitler rant is from the film "Downfall" and has been used for many parodies over the years, not just photography related ones, either. There is one about Nikon in which Ken Rockwell is named, as I recall. This is a recent example aimed at Canon's 5D IV. The same NSFW and nervous disposition warnings as before apply to this version, as well.
