2012 - and, yes, I'm back at the Bluebell Railway.
The railway has a number of special trains for dinning. "Christine", number 64, was built by the Pullman Car Company in 1928 and is part of a Pullman set.
These images show the exterior of "Christine" and two views of the opulent interior.

2014 and a visit to Kew Gardens.
The Rhizotron Treetop Walkway takes you close to the green stuff at the top of these huge trees. Through a gap in the canopy you'll glimpse the Temperate House. (This photograph was taken before the recent refurbishment.)

2016
In September 2016 a group of member were invited to photograph the Whitgift Centre. After the centre had been thoroughly covered the group went their separate ways. Some of us made our way to Poplar Walk and visited St Michael & All Angels with St James.

Re: DAVID'S PHOTOS OF THE MONTH
Again in 2016
Another group visited the Houses of Parliament for a guided tour. Cameras were frowned upon in much of the building so the images were restricted to the Palace of Westminster and one or two other places. I couldn't find anything of interest for this post.
When the group left Iggy and I lingered a while and took some pictures of the Thames. This one is of Hungerford Bridge.

A rather enjoyable project.
I do like the St Michael & All Angels with St James Church. Great image.

Re: DAVID'S PHOTOS OF THE MONTH
October. 2013. Another railway bunch of photographs.
A trip to Crystal Palace. My first stop was the station. On one side is the route from Croydon (East and West) and Beckenham Junction to London Victoria. On the other side is the Overground line to New Cross Gate and north London. immediately beyond the platforms is a tunnel, next stop Gypsy Hill.

Re: DAVID'S PHOTOS OF THE MONTH
October 2013 - first the railway then the park.
The squirrels in the park are generally quite tolerant of the human influx. But Crystal Palace Park is renowned for its dinosaurs. Here are a Pterodactyle and a Teleosaurus. In recent years the authorities have been restoring these statues.

Re: DAVID'S PHOTOS OF THE MONTH
October 2007.
This visit was split into two - part one was a visit to Sheffield Park Gardens, just a mile or so up the road from the Bluebell Railway's station at Sheffield Park. Part two was the Bluebell Railway (not represented here).
