Architectural clash

Below is a grab shot (from my phone) of a restaurant ceiling and the reflective cubes showing the outer square and its different styles. Im not sure if the colour is too dominant and detracts from the snippets of architecture? Ive also included the uncropped image to see if anyone thinks a different...

Re: Baby arrived

Congrats to you both!

I found baby photography to be extremely hard but using cushions/pillows with sheets over them worked quite well and use sunny days with net curtains for good light. Oh and a reflector helps to.

Re: London Fire Brigade Exhibition

Having ventured to this event yesterday I can definitely say "sole access" as David mentions would be preferable. With the sunny weather there were hundreds of young families there (ourselves included) getting into ambulances, police vans and fire engines. Thankyou David for spotting this!...

Rim lighting test shot

Thought I would share with you a shot I took this evening whilst playing around with rim lighting. It was a quick setup, from grabbing my equipment to taking a few shots was less than 10 minutes. Camera was on tripod set to manual @ F10 1/200s and ISO100. Speedlight was on a light stand an arms leng...

At the same time we are effectively examining them in more detail than normal and so there a few points that I can see. Firstly, I take Mike's view that having one set of l...
