outing to Devils dyke

Postby waconquy » Thu 24 Jan 2019, 14:43

I was looking at a visit I made on the 5th March 2015, touch up images as you do and I thought what a good venue for good day out.
It's quite near us about an hour away, good views across the South Downs. Usually there are kite jumpers flying from the top.
A good restaurant and long walks if you want to get away from each other !!!! There really is a lot of potential there.
The only thing wrong with the place is it can be cold but on a frosty / bright day it is glorious. I Took a lot of shots that day
but was not entirely happy, but again a lot of potential.
Anybody game sometime in March/April.

Hi.
I've there before and it's amazing in the sunset. I've been upset not to have the camera with me.
It will be a great opportunity to come back again.

I would prefer to comute in someone's car( mines is working a bit weird)

Hullo people, I have just lost a whole paragraph that I wrote, irritating!!!
Was thinking of dates for the Devils Dyke outing and have come with three Saturdays because Franke cannot do Sundays, and we seem to be the two with cars.
The 6th, 13th and 20th April. If there is no consensus for April which is about right for a misty spring day we can think again (March, May). More people are welcome so please indicate on forum.
Regards Wally
