John has just replied to say 21st already booked. But he says that 26 and 28 March are available. Please confirm if you can make either of these dates and I will confirm with him.

Hi Paul

I would prefer 28 March, 26 March at a pinch.

Either date is OK by me.

Apparently, 28th March is ok for Iggy.

That would be Zeus or Zephyrus. We need Apollo. :)

Thanks for sorting out the new date, Paul.

Forecast appears good for Thursday.

David & Iggy - will be in carpark at 8:15 to drive there.

Mike - presume you will be driving yourself.

All - Dont forget to bring any accessories you think may work. If any of you have blossom trees in your gardens then a small branch may work well. Teasels are another option and even a garden spade handle (very cliched) or watering can may mix things up.

Hi Paul

Yes, that will be the case. Is 9:00 am when everything kicks off?

Also, will it be possible to ask John to supply some voles and other small critters?
