Hello all
Im thinking of a repeat of 2017's visit to Millers Wood for bird photography (max 4 people allowed on site). My previous post viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2463 explains all the details. I was thinking of April purely for some nice blossom to accompany the images. Spookily I see that John Stanton's blog (he runs the woods) had an April post from last year with some excellent images for inspiration - http://www.johnstantonphotography.co.uk ... s-blossom/
Would anyone be interested in this? Im open to any day of the week currently.

Hi Paul, it's not a topic I have done a great deal with but happy to take the opportunity to improve! No real pref re dates at the mo!

Hi Paul,
I might be interested to attend depending on what day you set the outing.
Ideally, I would be happier if John Stanton was willing to set up three separate hides for us to get different feeding station backgrounds.
regards,
Iggy

Hi Paul
I would be interested, although would need a lift. Given that I work a weekend would suit me best.

Gosh, all 6 hides restricted to 4 for £200. All day 9am to 3 or 4pm!
I would need a lift from the Croydon area.

Count me in. Looking forward to returning.
I managed to get some excellent images last time ( including a panel that won me the Master Trophy (PDI) ).
A lift would also be appreciated.

Hi David,
I would appreciate the use of your second 100-400mm Canon lens.
Hope that is OK.
Thanks,
Iggy

I too would be interested. With numbers so far, we might need two dates unless we can come to some arrangement with John Stanton. Most of April is good for me.
Since my first visit, I have a more powerful telephoto zoom and a bean bag which is yet to be filled. What do people recommend? I was going to try buckwheat hulls.
