Hey all,

Great British Seaside exhibition is showing at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London until September 30, 2018. It has pictures by Hurn and Parr.

Who would be interested in a visit?

Work by Tony Ray-Jones and Simon Roberts also features. Entry is £11-50, slightly less for online booking and concessions.

Greenwich is a good photo location as well, with lots of potential. Could be a worthwhile day out.

Only issue for me with that weekend is it clashes with the annual Photo London Exhibition at Somerset House. https://photolondon.org/visiting/

It's on from the 17th to the 20th May and well worth a visit, especially if any of the public programme talks attract. Not the cheapest of events however, £30 for an adult day pass, £10+ for a single talk. Thi exhibition covers an awful lot of ground, themes and area, so it can seem a bit overwhelming. Especially as the pictures are shown over the numerous stands of separate Art/Photo Galleries, some of the prices may amaze too.

Apologies if this has already been posted but there's also a large photo exhibition before that at the same venue. The Sony World Photography Awards (20th April to the 6th May), which include a Martin Parr exhibition. A bit cheaper at £10 day, £12 evening.
