What are the arrangements for meeting up on Friday?

Hi Mike,

I haven't arranged anytime for the trip to Dorset this Friday.

However I'm taking Michael in my car, so I was thinking around 8:30am to meet outside the clubs car park.
We can discuss this during the club on Wednesday evening.

I am happy to discuss arrangements on Wednesday, but Lindsay and I will travel independently to the hotel. I suggest that we swap phone numbers on Wednesday to keep in contact during the day.

Since your post, he appears to have changed the date from November 2017 to 12-15 January 2018. Maybe he was not getting any takers? The dates in the headline and description differ, with the latter still referring to November 2017.
