Hi Rose
Yes, the Transform function will work, but has the disadvantage of losing some of your image. I have used the TS lens to keep all the image, and by shifting the lens & take three images for a panoramic with the camera in portrait position for a horizontal & landscape for a vertical. This give the image the view of a 14mm or less on a FX camera without distortion. Which enabled me to do the staircase and others.
