Understanding DOF

Postby Rose » Wed 18 Dec 2013, 12:55

FlixelPix has published a new 38 page guide to depth-of-field. The ‘Shooting Shallow' ebook takes photographers through the concept of depth-of-field as well as addressing the application of 'shooting shallow'. It costs $5, but you can get a 20% discount by using the coupon code shooting at checkout. This offer is valid until 30 December 2013.

What do you think of the book? Does it go through the basics or is there some worthwhile information?

Apologies if you had the book with you last night and I did not see it, but it was one of the more manic evenings, just not enough time to do everything.

I'd printed it out but left it on the work printer overnight - I've pencilled it in for tonight's journey home.
