Shots Taken With Leica Lenses

Whatever you might think about the merits of Leica glass, here is an interesting selection of images where the taking lens is branded as Leica. Even if it is stuck on a Panasonic camera or a Huawei phone and has never been anywhere near Wetzlar in its entire existence*. I really enjoy the opening image and marvel that it was taken with a manual focus lens. There is a moving story towards the end, as well.

* I have a wonderful Leica Summilux 25 which was manufactured by Panasonic for the m43 system. It is permanently attached to my Olympus E-M10 which should tell you something. Occasionally, I take it to the Leica store in Mayfair to "Leicarise" it. In truth, it does not need it, but it is amusing to see the reactions of the sales people there. Some are OK with it, but others look down with undeserved disdain.
