I haven't done much photography in March, but I've been playing around with some macro.
This flower was less than 1cm across.

Wow Tom I'm jealous. We have seen a goldcrest in our garden a couple of times but they are so small and flighty and I didn't have my camera ready. Nice image. I think it is a great crested grebe. We saw some on South Norwood Lake on Mother's Day and they were doing their courtship dance. It was lovely to see but I didn't have my camera with me.
Hope we can all get out together very soon.

February has to be snowy pictures. A Black Headed Gull (in winter plumage) on my garage roof.

Pleased to see all Five Goslings this morning at Miller's Pond.

Seen at Miller's Pond this morning. Apparently Egyptian Geese are early breeders.

I've resorted to taking photos of vegetables, but I hope you will agree this is a delicious looking specimen.

A new series on Sky Arts Tuesday 29th September 8pm might be worth watching for those with Sky TV.
