It's s great shot, definitely worth the effort, well done.

Not sure - there are elements I prefer in both. The square format is good but to me the bottom part dominates a bit too much.

LOL... Discretion the better part of valour today - I decided to work at home.
As we live 6 miles from the station at Hayes I know only too well what a nightmare it can be getting home from there even if the trains are running that far...

Actually I like the second one - the contrast of the frost and the strong green is very striking

Thanks Mike I tried a number of other shots of frost on leaves etc... none of which I was happy with. Unlike your shot, which works rather well !
