I did consider cutting the leaf off before taking the shot.
Cloned out now and looks better for it.

With spring-like conditions and the crocuses fully out in our garden it seemed foolish not to take advantage. My Sigma 70-300 has a macro mode which throws everything out of focus to great effect so like to lay camera on grass and "hunt" for a nice composition. https://live.staticflickr.c...
