Re: CCC PHOTO 2018 in Croydon Advertiser

Nicely done - except that some of your facts are wrong. There are 76 PDIs and 80 Prints.

Also, the image titles might have stood out more if they were is "quotes".

That aside, it's always good to see some positive publicity.

Re: Colour Perception Test

I'll stick with colour - I may be blind but my camera isn't!

I do like mono, and do sometime produce mono images (for Bamber for instance) but it does depend on the subject. I have a couple of images taken at Devil's Dyke that are perfect for mono.

Re: Victorian Gent

I like the second image (reflects a rather Victorian used appearance) but image three is growing on me (it looks a lot more natural).

Iggy is right about a panel for next years exhibition. Will it be print (which I'd like to see) or PDI?

Re: outing to Devils dyke

I wouldn't have missed it although the weather could have been a bit kinder. I finished up with 208 images - 113 at DD, 76 at Shoreham and 19 at Ditchling. All are in Lightroom and, hopefully, I'll be able to rescue a few from each venue. The trip was made all the more enjoyable with the pleasant co...

Some good shots. I especially like the vole. And don't goldfinches have a slightly sinister look when facing the camera.

The name for that image is "This is MY teasel"
